“It’s been under-reported just how badly the whole Arsenal dressing room hated Alexis Sanchez.

“It’s been under-reported just how badly the whole Arsenal dressing room hated Alexis Sanchez. They really felt that he was just playing up to the camera doing all these things like ‘Oh I’m trying but nobody else is! What am I doing here?!” - Raphael Honigstein

Antoine Griezmann has rejected a new Atletico Madrid

Barcelona have all-but secured the signing of Antoine Griezmann, with the French striker turning down a new contract with Atletico Madrid, Le 10 Sport reports.
The 26-year-old has his heart set on a move to Barca and even an attempt from his current side to offer him new terms hasn't changed his mind.
The Catalan club now only need to meet his €100million release clause to make a move happen this summer, and the report claims that the player and club have already agreed to a deal.

PAOK Salonika president invades pitch with gun

The Greek Super League has been indefinitely suspended after PAOK Salonika's president invaded the pitch with a gun during a match on Sunday.
Ivan Savvidis tried to confront the referee with a gun in a hip holster after his side had a late goal ruled out for offside against AEK Athens.
AEK's players left the pitch concerned for their safety and did not return.
The match was officially abandoned two hours later and local police are seeking Savvidis to arrest him.
Deputy Sports Minister Giorgos Vasiliadis announced the abandonment of all top-flight matches on Monday after a meeting with Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.
World football governing body Fifa and European chiefs Uefa both condemned the incident but said any disciplinary measures "fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek FA".
Savvidis, one of Greece's richest men, was born in Georgia of Greek heritage and is a former member of the Russian parliament.
He asked his team to leave the pitch after PAOK had a goal ruled out for offside in the 89th minute and then marched towards the referee with two bodyguards before being pulled back.
PAOK are third in the Greek top flight and could have moved within two points of leaders AEK with a win. (Source BBC)

2nd Test: South Africa beat Australia to level series

PORT ELIZABETH (South Africa): Kagiso Rabada put aside his disciplinary concerns to set up a series-levelling win for South Africa on the fourth day of the second Test against Australia at St George's Park on Monday.

South Africa won by six wickets after Rabada's fast bowling ensured they needed to chase a modest 101 runs for victory.

The fast bowler, who faces a ban from the remaining two Tests of the series, took six for 54 as Australia were bowled out for 239 in their second innings.

South Africa lost four wickets before Theunis de Bruyn hit the winning runs.

AB de Villiers, whose 126 not out enabled South Africa to lead by 139 runs on the first innings, hit a quick 28 off 26 balls before he was caught at short leg off Nathan Lyon with 20 runs still needed.

Rabada took the first three of the five Australian wickets that fell for the addition of 59 runs on Monday. He had match figures of 11 for 150 - the fourth time in his 28-Test career that he had ten or more wickets in a match.

There was a shadow hanging over the 22-year-old fast bowler, however.

He attended a disciplinary meeting convened by match referee Jeff Crowe on Sunday night after being charged with a level two offence following an incident in which his shoulder made contact with Australian captain Steve Smith on the first day.

Heartbreak for Spurs after Juventus scored two goals in three minutes to clinch a quarter-final spot.

Tottenham's Champions League ambitions came crashing down as Juventus produced two goals inside three second-half minutes to decide the destiny of their last-16 tie.
Son Heung-min's scrambled finish six minutes before the interval strengthened Spurs' position at Wembley after they recovered from two goals down to draw the first leg in Turin 2-2.
In an eventful first 45 minutes, Son and Harry Kane had wasted chances for the hosts, while Juventus were denied a clear penalty when Douglas Costa was brought down by Jan Vertonghen.
Tottenham appeared to be in control until Gonzalo Higuain turned in Sami Khedira's flick to give Juventus a 64th-minute lifeline - which they capitalised on ruthlessly and Paulo Dybala raced clear for the decisive goal three minutes later.
Mauricio Pochettino's side fought to revive their chances but to no avail, coming agonisingly close in the dying moments when Kane's header hit the inside of the post but bounced right on the goal-line.
